Autosub Power and Water Inventory

All assets inventoried according to function, with the exception of the "Active" containers that contain what's required to set up basic electricity, running water, lighting, and propane to the kitchen.

P & W Active 

2 Containers:

Active boxes were not fully inventoried, but should contain, minimally:

  • Lights needed to illuminate kitchen, with required extension cords
  • Kitchen sink Sure-Flow RV pump, filter, faucet and associated hoses including feed hose.  (The bolts for the faucet are in the top of the red tool box, however, due to a late-late crew packing snafu.)
  • 12v Gray water sump pump, along with 12v power supply from computer
  • Work light with hanging clip
  • 2 10’ lengths ¾" vinyl tube
  • 1 Propane regulator with adjuster knob
  • 2 bungs with fittings for pumping grey water, coarse and find threads
  • 1 valve labeled gray water

Notes:

  • All lengths approximate
  • Counts as close as possible given the mayhem.
  • Inventory does not include early crew Active boxes.
  • Box arranged with heavier cords and splitters on top, 2-prong extensions to one side and assorted 3-prong to the other.

  • 1 shower head with ¾” female connector
  • 1 shower head with 3/8 vinyl tube
  • 4 spare water barrel bungs
  • 5 solar showers, untested for leaks
  • 1 spare solar shower head
  • 2 rolls waterproof tape
  • 2 plastic ½” nipple to ½” female pipe thread adapters
  • 1 hose faucet with a ½” fitting
  • 1 1’ 5/8 ID / ¾ OD PVC tube, nicely deburred for some special purpose (???)
Propane:
  • 1 propane regulator and connectors typical for a grill
  • 1 propane regulator and connectors typical for a grill with adjuster
  • 1 spare propane regulator
  • 1 propane grill valve and knob
  • 1 long propane hose with mystery right-angle connector or regulator (???)
  • 1 ½” Brass T with one ½” male-male coupling (??? Check size)

That's all spare wire down there. Downright resplendant.

  • ~5lb assorted lengths and sizes of miscellaneous electric cord
  • 1 12v computer fan
  • Battery Stuff Box
    • 6 car battery terminal connectors
    • 10 3/8 6 AWG studs
  • 1 car jumping cable with alligator clips on only one side
  • 2 car jumping cable alligator clips, red and black
  • 2 easy install 120v plugs, male
Misc and spare:

  • 4 12 oz cans 134a refrigerant
  • 1 refrigerant pressure meter

The safe way to store volatile liquids
Misc:
  • 3 small fire extinguishers
  • 1 hand squeeze bottle, athletic-style that comes to a point
  • 1 pad of paper
  • 3 funnels (1 large, 2 small)
Engine:
  • 1 can 3 in 1 oil
  • 2 cans WD-40
  • 3 qt 5w30 oil
  • ½ qt SAE 30 oil
  • 1 qt 10w30 oil
  • ½ can carburetor cleaner (B-12 Chemtool)
  • ¾ can starting fluid (Prestone ether)
  • ¾ can motor treatment (Sea Foam)
Lube and cleaning:
  • 3 bottles dust-off
  • ½ can slippery spray lube
Combustible:
  • 1 gal white gas
  • 1 white gas funnel
  • 3 tall 14.1 oz canisters propane
  • 1 propane torch nozzle
  • 2 bottles butane
Adhesive:
  • 1 small tube RV sealant
  • 1 small tube Liquid Nails
  • 1 large tube Liquid Nails
  • 1 bottle wood glue
  • 1 bottle Ultimate glue
Paint:
  • Spray Paint
    • 1 Black

  • 11 Cords for hanging lamps, i.e. what illuminate the Japanese lanterns
  • 4 60-75w CFLs bulbs
  • 3 60-70w incandescent bulbs

Container: Lighting – Heavy

Lighting-Heavy
  • 6 xmas light strings, white bulb, green cable, tested
  • 1 xmas light string with dangly stars that Steve thinks is ugly, tested
  • 6 ~20’ rope lights (2 white, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 cyan, 1 violet), mostly tested
  • 2 extra rope light power cords, untested and unsized
  • 1 incandescent flood light, green
  • 3 desk lamps
  • 1 desk fan
  • 1 strip of pokey ground lights from cornichon tunnel, partially working

Box: Lanterns – Large

Crap, the tape already came off
  • 10-20 Large Japanese lanterns

4 Containers: Cornichon Dome Lights

No longer the Lost and Found bin. We'll reuse the label, right?
Won't need the bright CFLs in the dome, in '10, so here are the camp spares
  • Boatload of white and blue xmas lights
  • Wire harness with lamp sockets and AC outlets for distributing light and power
  • ~26 CFLs
  • ~6 space unwired lamp sockets

To Procure

Stuff we've talked about picking up for 2010.  This is mostly Building and Grounds and doesn't belong here.  Steve will see this and put it in the right place real soon.  Steve?

Minor

  • Cross-playa extension cords, super heavy duty
  • Silicone lube
  • Spare sump pump for Lake Woodward, 12v marine bilge.  Spare power supply might also be wise, or battery and inverter.  Or a 120v sump.  I don't really care.
  • Deluxe grill

Major

We need to invent these

  • Pipe separator (to take apart the PVC)
  • Moop vacuum (talk to Erin or Hooch)
