Greeters: Brian: our shift is Monday night. Meet at 11:30pm at the dome shift , travel to Greeter Gate together for 12-4am Tuesday morning shift. Can split the shift if you’d like (2 hour chunks), but we need a minimum of 15 people at all times.
Events start Tuesday, so need to have the dome built and decked out on Sunday/Monday!
Do we want to run an event Monday night? YES! Used to run “Thanks for building the city” party on Wednesday but the city is ready much earlier now.
New, motivating goal: Have the dome built for a Monday night event! (can finish accoutrements [slide, skirt, etc] Tuesday).
- David Levy will run the Dome build!
What Where When Open soon! Need events in pronto!
Get your events into Jeremy. (Erika offers to make a gCal)
Mead! Thanks to Brian D the camp is the owner of a 55 gallon of mead!
Will oxidize in a week or so once open.
Will likely not make the trip to playa.
Fundraiser idea: around 200 wine bottles: accumulate resealable bottles and sell them! or 110 growlers
Hold off on it until post-burn! Start collecting containers now. Maybe do a Krug rip-off? looking for grolsh-style bottles, growlers, wine bottles, champagne bottles (bigger than a bottle of beer)
Early Crew interest Contact Doug and Pete if you are interested, let them know how early. Doug will send out a email with more info of schedule and expectations.
