Talena & Adam handling S&S Fundraiser. Will be at Jeremy’s. “S&S4: Curiouser & Curiouser.” No dome. Won’t need the steambath if Jeremy’s deck (?) is done. E-mail to AS list on the next few days if we want to bring art, want to volunteer, etc. July 13 (Sunday). 2-8 PM. FB page by the end of the week. Will proably need early (Sat) crew + clean-up/LNT crew. $25??? Unlimited food + drink. All ages but we’ll do wristbands will be needed.

Struggles proposes re-skinning/re-grommeting for dome panels. Vinyl skin for the playa (partial panels or full) w/ decoration in 2015. Jess has proposed, on the AS mailing list, some dates to cut the vinyl skin and hopefully re-grommet/re-size.

We have no burn barrel. We ought to get one.

With maybe/uncertain people, we’re at 30 people. 20 should be pretty solid. Budgeting for break-even at 35-40 people. Hard cap at 45.

Sign may be at Chuck’s. Brian will look at it and restoring it such that only “Auto Sub” works.
