Pre-playa: 

NOTES: Make sure someone is in changes of guarding generator on truck load to make sure it goes on LAST<br>- Generator<br>- Early crew bikes, tools, gear<br>- Beer 

Early Crew 

On-playa: (everyone, 1 hour)<br>- Meet placer<br>- Talk to placer 

On-site: (everyone, 1 hour)<br>So we don't move stuff into a spot where a building is going to be<br>- Measure camp<br>- string out structures 

<br>Day 1: arrive 3pm, work until ~midnight (doug, rob, xuth, steve, chuck) 

Unloads rental truck: (5-7 people, 3 hours)<br>- Kitchen , frig, kitchen counters, sink,<br>- Furishings, rugs, pillows, picnic tables,<br>- Shade structure, PVC 10ft x 4ft x4ft solid<br>- Cube: railings go around top, steps, bar, 2 grills, the bar (wood + top)<br>- Rebar: 250 pieces, 4 feet long<br>- Bikes: 5-6 autosub bikes<br>- Tools: in small cases, some not in cases, or packed in coolers.<br>- Cube decorations, plywood<br>- categories: kitchen, communal, personal belongings, cube, workshop 

Setup Emergency shade: (30 mins) 

<br>(partial) unload container: (5 people, 1 hour)<br>- Personal belonging of early crew 

Misc:<br>- Get generator gassed (flatulence) up and ready to go (1 person, 1 hour)<br>- Find ext. cords. 

<br>Dinner: (1 person, 1 hours)<br>Fire up a gas grill, cook something 

<br>Organization:<br>- Laying stuff out, planning where stuff is going to go.<br>- Reorganizing piles<br>(on going) 

<br>Afterward: set up personal tent: (time not counted: 1 hour) 

<br>Day 2: 8am (Friday) 

Locate stuff: (2 hours)<br>- Locate and pre-place kitchen construction materials, tarps, PVC, rebar, para cord, ball bungees, wiring, etc.<br>- Tape measure laid out to know where the rebar is to be placed.<br>- Layout kitchen, ie measure and layout strings<br>- Place rebar in position<br>- Drive in with impact hammer<br>- put PVC together<br>- lash rebar<br>- put on wiring for lights, (avoid usinfg ladders later to install)<br>- ball bungee tarps onto PVC framework<br>- raise structure , all hands and bystanders needed<br>- throw straps over top and attach to hold down tarps<br>- tie down ends and inside middle spines<br>- put in 2x4 angled supports, drive rebar and tie to PVC 

<br>Shade structure: Kitchen (7 people, 3 hours, set up)<br>- Drive rebar<br>- assemble pvc<br>- lash pvc,<br>- attach wiring for lighting<br>- attach tarps<br>- raise 

Shade structure, tie down (7 people, 1 hour, tie down)<br>- tie down<br>- brace w/ wooden boards<br>- ropes from top of hut straight down 

Set up Kitchen: (7 people, 5 hours)<br>- Locate Kitchen cabinets, plumbing, sink, shelving, picnic tables 

3 people, 2 hours: set up counters<br>1 person 2 hours: set up shelving<br>1 person, 3 hours: plumbing + getting running water going<br>1 person, 3 hours: Grills set up, burners set up, drag propane around<br>2 people, 2 hours: set up yellow parachute 

<br>Doug cooks dinner (5 people, 2 hours)<br>(at the same time)<br>Layout of rest of camp (3 people, 2 hours)

Day 3: Friday midnight arrivals (work from midnight - 3am), to Saturday morning<br>Extra 5-9 people 

- Setup personal tents, no personal shade structures, sleep 

Main Shade structure:
