Misc
- this year, attendance may be down for the village at large. current est looks like it will be ~140-150 versus anticipated ~190
- current membership in AutoSub = 26 as of today’s meeting (8 more pending but haven’t paid their dues yet, so not in the count). Use LGFaB event Saturday night to recruit!
- Jeremy will be assisting FiG, providing backup for entertainment pod
- David Levy will now head up the water pod, uniting fresh and gray water.
Kitchen
- fill out your shifts for kitchen if you haven’t done so! shifts that remain are mostly fri/sat (burn night) -- otherwise you’re stuck with whatever you get.
Bar
- Melinda will open up the bar shift signup sheet soon
Mgmt
$$ Camp surveys need to be completed! Personal medical info, allergy, meds info needed
$$ PeteZ will send out a HAVE/NEED inventory list soon ...e.g. freezer, grills
Buildings + Grounds
- RichM is offering a freezer - it will ride in the AutoSub truck share
- MattO is holding ~2 full truck shares for the Art Car, pending DMV status. If the shares open up, he’ll offer them to AutoSubbers first
- propane range + oven discussion: which ranges to borrow, which to bring?
$$ Doug already has the burners from last yearr; will check its status before next Thursday
- problems from last year to avoid... 1) fires! 2) propane gas lines kluged to “work” 3) fixes in the field
- Noah: at a minimum, we will definitely have 2 burners; 2 grills.
- Tish [and Gowdey] will also bring coleman type stoves for other projects - so those could serve as spares if needed.
- Noah: this year we will standardize tank types and hardware; will also bring parts & tools to help fix typical problems in the field. this should help avoid some past kluge issues
Dome
$$ Noah to chase down dome pieces list with Blake... PeteZ will help “lean on him” for that
- Doug: heads up for Blake’s basement... AutoSub’s stash is reportedly buried under another camp’s load at this point, so expect it to be harder to extricate
$$ (re)fabrication project to happen over the next 2 weeks: Noah will access lists and will coordinate a build. Phil et al have tools+equipment needed for fabrication. Laborers and conduit will be needed.

Sound

BRFF film fest integration needed?

- BRFF theater was offered as a potential overflow and visual advertising space, available to AutoSub at some times

Recycling+trash
- this year let’s use different color bags for recycling vs. trash, to differentiate
- sadly, no inventory is available from last year’s trash pod
Power
Phil asks: is anyone (else) bringing a significant generator? e.g. over 1kw? any high-draw equipment that’s not already on his radar?
- Doug may have a ~1kw gennie to be used with LGFaB; good to know in case of need
- Doug may also have a 1.8kw converter to offer
- RichM is rumored to be bringing a gennie; but we’re guessing it’s not a meaningful size
AutoSub’s early crew is 12 people. do we have enough power for that? how much power, how much lighting will be needed during that time?
- Phil/power pod is responsible for bringing gasoline to run the backup generators.
$$ Question: do we have any gas or diesel fuel in Gerlach? A: tanks and cans are at the ranch; and will need to be picked up and then refilled in Gerlach.

Safety
- first aid kits all set, very little needs replenishment (have a list from Tish)
