Third AutoSub Meeting of 2013 June 6, 2013 at Brohaus

Membership:
Currently at 40. General consensus on size is 45ish. Might adjust based on placement.
Dues:
$340 before July 9th, $390 after. Damon will resend the email about where to send the dues.
Tickets:
About 7 people don’t have tickets. There are a couple of extra tickets floating around. If you don’t have a ticket, sign up for STEP.

Jeremy/FiG has put out a survey and been asking for people who want to have events in the dome.
Who/what/where guide is published in July sometime

Steam & Smoke
July 20th fundraiser at the Harbor Arts space with Video Bleep Steam bath, homebrew, barbeque, dome, dance party Planners are meeting Monday with the Harbor Arts space, then will be meeting with Mass Port Authority
Figment
Interactive arts festival in June Chuck will handle application and Uhaul for the day AutoSub sets up the dome Hamlet will lead inspecting the dome Looking for a Figment camp lead Events in the dome? One stroke paint project from Adam Matto asks that the virgins come help set up the dome
Projects:
No new projects- refining! Max is working on the new steam bath
- Will need help at some point; email will come out
Netting needs to be replaced
- Chuck will take point
- Possibly a smaller weave
DJ booth (possibly playa tech)
- Ruuska has some measurements
- Sound equipment protection is required, spandex wrapping
Slide repairs/improvements
- Bolts need to be longer
