Mike - I'll work an hour shift to ensure Steam Bath will be in the Village Doug - We're going commie! Make we should ask John/Terri to put a shout out to the list, who could do a hour shift? Q - we should feed SBC more alcohol and food, cause they're cool Doug - Purpose is to determine if we're doing a camp. Mike - suggests if we have problems with late crew, start packing up early Doug - we already start breakdown as early as possible - can't start any earlier. - Problem is that people work, they need to be back at work Pretzel - Set expectations for staying all day Monday. Doug - One lane for 80 miles getting out of desert. Mike - I need a tool wrangler Q - Figure out what tools everyone's going to need - set up separatre area for wicked common tools Doug - We need people to volunteer to lead Kitchen & Late crew Beaker - Kamp Kaos is closed, we're not accepting any more people. - We may have to refer people to Autosub.

May31st is the deadline for camp proposals. Beaker - optimistic for the whole village , Autosub will be able to attract more people. Blake - I put into the AutoSub kitchen, may be able to give dues to Autosub, have them pay dues to AutoSub. Beaker - Nationalize the cube, the shower, the greywater. Q - We have four different greywater system, Doug - Village-wide meeting. Blake - whoever does the greywater, put those 4 people together for each camp, let them figure out. Doug - Nationalize the bar, have people run the bar. Q - people buy the wrong percentage of booze to mixers, need to pre-mix. Q - Host an Autosub party at Firefly. Doug - have a fundraiser, we're still $900 in the hole owed to Q Pretzel - people from previous years, contact them Q - Get some SF people to do a AutoSub Q - Cambridge culinary institute, get someone interested. Advertise that we have the best kitchen at the Playa.

 Q - SCUL report. Tish, Py 3-speed, Pecan, Sheba, Xuth, Dozer excited about own camp Logistics of what to bring, large & small Theme: Mobile bike repair -> No, Missions, SCULympics, Derby, fun biker stuff. Building a shower for all, but take your own greywater back 2-3 truck shares Q asked their relationship to Village, and to BM, taken under advisement. Xuth - don't want to be part of a large camp, heavy work camp

Burning Truck - might be $400/share this year.

Early crew - you can get early passes for an art project, don't know how many John Major will talk to BM, ask more more passes, since we're from Boston. Q - Increase dues at certain date. May 1st. Doug - we need more chicks to sign up.
