1. Membership Update!&lt;br /&gt;
Ticket sales have closed.&lt;br /&gt;
17 vets got tickets lottery or STEP&lt;br /&gt;
16 more to vets from placement tix&lt;br /&gt;
= 33&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Contact info and word from 17 more virgins interested, roughly half have tickets. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Camp has some more tickets, have decided not to sell to virgins quite yet. &lt;br /&gt;
Decision will be made once we have a chance to get to know them better and they have a chance to participate in camp activities. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Steam and Smoke&lt;br /&gt;
Save the Date went out, Saturday, May 12 &lt;br /&gt;
Send out personal invites (even if you can’t attend invite other people before you RSVP no!). &lt;br /&gt;
*This is a day time event*&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Large scale promo (lists, etc) will come from Pete and Madelaine. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
AutoSub event the night before for set up and camp steam. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Questions:&lt;br /&gt;
Should we have an attended bar? &lt;br /&gt;
	No. Do Gatorade jugs. Gin and Tonic and punch. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Volunteer to coordinate the visual and psychological impact:&lt;br /&gt;
	Erika and Dream&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Volunteer for menu and grocery shopping:&lt;br /&gt;
David Gardner: dad runs catering co. and can get meat wholesale also has smokers and an additional stainless (propane) steel grill. &lt;br /&gt;

Volunteer for performance:&lt;br /&gt;
	Tripod for arials, poi spinners, hoop troop….  &lt;br /&gt;
	No fire spinners!&lt;br /&gt;

Day of shifts:&lt;br /&gt;
Door, BBQ, smoker, checking on home brew, restocking bar, stoking the fire, clean up day after (Sharon, Doug).&lt;br /&gt;

Work weekend to spruce up Steve’s house and new door for steam bath.&lt;br /&gt;

3. Working Group final presentations (scope, schedule, budget)&lt;br /&gt;

	Dome rotation: no&lt;br /&gt;
	Dome deco: need more interest, no budget &lt;br /&gt;
	Skirt: design, estimate by end of week&lt;br /&gt;
	Slide group: didn’t meet&lt;br /&gt;
	Stilter bar (Q not present)&lt;br /&gt;
	ID: Mel not present&lt;br /&gt;
	Propaganda: DHouse not present, had a movie night no one attended. Are people interested?&lt;br /&gt;
		Many ideas seem to be performance art based – there will be people to participate.&lt;br /&gt;
Zip line of DOOM: Concept drawing of *****, more ideas, Doug is leaving for a month, if we do it &lt;br /&gt;
$300 max.&lt;br /&gt;
Erika knows someone buying foam, contact Pecan.&lt;br /&gt;

How do people heading working groups feel about having budget set by next meeting, so we can set dues?&lt;br /&gt;

Pete is working on one page of info to answer that if anyone would like to contribute their ideas &lt;br /&gt;
